By using this website or engaging Frankie D's Gates & Fences for services, you agree to the terms below.

Estimates

On-site estimates are provided free of charge with no obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

Contracts & deposits

Project work is performed under a written agreement specifying scope, materials, schedule, and payment terms. A deposit is required to schedule fabrication and material orders. The balance is due upon completion of the agreed scope.

Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on every installation. Material warranties are governed by the manufacturer. Damage from storms, accidents, modifications by third parties, or normal wear is not covered.

Permits & HOA approval

We pull required permits and submit HOA documentation as part of our standard process. Customer is responsible for ensuring property lines and easements are accurate.

Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the contract value of the affected project. We are fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida.
